The space
Villa Sea of Memories sits on a 400 m² plot at Vergia beach, Halkidiki, in a very quiet area surrounded by olive groves and just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. The beach was awarded a Blue Flag in 2023. Ideal for summer holidays, it has everything a family needs — and pets are welcome.
Sleeping up to 11 guests across five bedrooms, it is only 400 m from the beach, with plenty of beach bars, restaurants and coffee shops by the sea. The central location is perfect both for enjoying the sea beside you and for day trips across Halkidiki’s beautiful beaches, archaeological sites, Thessaloniki and beyond — the airport is 40 km away.
The ground floor has a living room, two bedrooms, a dining area, a kitchen with washer, a bathroom and garden access. The upper floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. There are two air-conditioning units, one on each floor, and every floor has its own refrigerator.

The seafront has beach bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and the central location makes day trips easy across Halkidiki's beaches and archaeological sites, and on to Thessaloniki.
Good to know: the villa is pet-friendly, and the parking space is a little narrow — it may not be easy for large vehicles.
