The space
Villa Sea Haven sits on a 300 m² plot in Nea Kallikratia, Halkidiki, in a very quiet, family-friendly location just a few steps from the beach, with a fantastic sea view.
The villa is arranged over two floors as three apartments: the ground floor has two smaller apartments that sleep six between them, and the upper floor is a larger apartment sleeping five — eleven guests in total, across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is fully equipped with kitchens, three air-conditioning units, a washer, WiFi (47 Mbps), a dishwasher, outdoor furniture and a grill barbecue.
Some of the best beach bars are within walking distance — including Sahara, one of the largest beach bars in Northern Greece — with a beach bar for drinks, coffee and food just a few metres away. Nea Kallikratia, about 2.5 km away, has hundreds of shops and restaurants.

Villa Sea Haven is in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood in Nea Kallikratia — a relaxed coastal town — with lively beach bars close by and hundreds of shops and restaurants a short drive away in the town centre (about 2.5 km).
Good to know: there is a stairway up to the upper floor; the villa uses a card-based electricity system with one card per apartment per reservation; and we recommend bottled water for drinking rather than the tap.

Good place.
Great stay for a large group — a house with lots of space and a wonderful beach right across the street.
We were three families with children aged 3 to 15. Nea Kallikratia is lovely and just five minutes away by car — a great base for a family group.
A great, really welcoming place — we loved our stay.
Everything was excellent — I highly recommend it. The house was clean and well equipped and very close to the beach: everything you want from a seaside stay.
