The space
Villa Sani is a relaxed, intimate house with a real sense of luxury in the Sani area of Kassandra, Halkidiki. Its 1,000 m² of private garden — with a private pool and barbecue — sets the scene for very special moments. Ideal for couples with children, large families, young couples and groups of friends who want a private place of their own.
Three bedrooms sleep up to 8: two with a queen bed, one with two single beds, plus a sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, washing machine, espresso coffee maker and dishwasher, and air-conditioning in every bedroom and the living room. The pool is 1–2 m deep and open around the clock in season.
The location is superb — close to Thessaloniki, the second leg of Halkidiki (Sithonia) and the rest of Kassandra — making it both a place to relax in luxury and a great base for exploring the area.

The area
Villa Sani sits in a peaceful, upscale corner of the Sani area on Kassandra — known for some of the clearest sea in Halkidiki, two of the peninsula's most famous beach bars, and the luxury Sani Marina nearby. Nea Kallikrateia is a short drive for shops and tavernas, and it is about 10–15 minutes by car to the beaches.
Good to know: self check-in is available; and the pool has no gate or lock, so children should be supervised at all times around the water.

We stayed for seven nights and it was exactly to our taste. A generous living room and terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you could want, a barbecue, and a swimming pool you can use any time (1–2 m deep). Air conditioning in each of the three bedrooms and the living room cooled the house quickly, and it is 10–15 minutes by car to the beaches. We did self check-in and found water, drinks and snacks waiting in the fridge.
The place was great and exactly what we were looking for — a great pool for after the beach and an amazing place all around. Highly recommend.
