It has a spacious, luxurious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one per floor) and a large balcony with a barbecue. Every bedroom and the living room has air-conditioning.
The 147 m² apartment occupies the first and second floors of the building, with its own private entrance for guests. The bright living room has a 55-inch Smart TV with SONY home cinema, board games, books and toys for families, and a safe box. It sits about 140 metres (a three-minute walk) from the sea, where the beach has fine white sand and crystal-clear light-blue water, lined with beach bars and restaurants.
Bedrooms: one master with a double bed, a second with a double bed, and a third with two single beds — plus a sofa bed in the living room.

Villa de Vida sits in the heart of Nea Kallikratia, 120 m from the town centre and 140 m from the beach — an easy walk to both. The white-sand beach and its bars and restaurants are three minutes away, and the town's shops and cafés are right on the doorstep.
Good to know: guest parking is on-site for one car (small and medium cars fit easily; very large cars may need to park on the street); and the villa uses a card-based electricity system with one card per reservation.

The house is close to the centre and the beach and had everything we needed, including folding chairs and a large beach umbrella. No complaints at all — clearly furnished with great taste, with a great layout and a big terrace with several seating areas.
