The space
Villa Artistic is a luxury villa near Nea Kallikrateia at Galini beach, just 90 metres from the sea. It is arranged as two independent apartments with separate entrances, sleeping up to 12 guests across six bedrooms — each with a double bed — three bathrooms and two fully equipped kitchens.
The décor is warm and elegant, with dining areas both indoors and outside in the garden, plenty of space to relax and toys for children. There are six air-conditioning units — four in the bedrooms and two in the living room — and from the attic the sea view is fantastic. Free parking on site.

Villa Artistic sits by Galini beach near Nea Kallikrateia — a quiet, family-friendly stretch of the Halkidiki coast, with the sea just steps away and the town's shops and tavernas a short drive inland. It has its own outdoor space with a barbecue, while sharing a leafy 1,000 m² garden with a second villa in the complex.
Good to know: parking is at the property entrance; we recommend bottled water for drinking rather than the tap; and electric-vehicle charging is not available at the villa.

The place was decorated with good taste and very clean — an amazing place, fully equipped. We highly recommend it.
Especially suited to large families with children. A big garden, close to the beach; the area is quiet and secluded yet close to livelier spots you can reach easily by car. Our son loved the dog in the garden.
The house was very clean and artistic — the garden and balcony were great for time with the kids, and the beach is about 100 m away and almost sandy.
A very beautiful place with a superb, well-kept green garden — clean and well positioned, a three-minute walk from the sea. Within the property there is also a separate three-bedroom apartment with a small yard. Thank you for everything!
