FAQ

Everything you need to know before you book.

How do I pay for my reservation?

Usually we ask for a 20% advance, deposited to the owner’s bank account. You can pay the balance in instalments up to your arrival, or in full on the day you arrive.

Can I split my payments until arrival?

Yes — you can split your payments up until your arrival day, or simply pay the remaining amount on arrival.

Is my advance refundable?

The advance is non-refundable, but you can use it for different dates in Halkidiki, or carry it over to the following year.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?

At some houses yes, at others no — and the same applies to the cleaning fee. It is noted for each villa.

Do we get the entire property, including the yard?

Yes. When you rent a villa or house with a yard, the whole property and all its facilities are yours to enjoy.

How will I find my property on the map?

Every villa page shows the exact coordinates, and we also send the precise location before your arrival.

Is the beach kids-friendly?

Many of our beaches are sandy and Blue-Flag awarded, with no deep water and a lifeguard on duty. Check each villa’s page for its nearest beach.

What are siesta hours?

In Greece, siesta hours are 15:00–17:30, when guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum. This applies only to some properties.

Are your villas listed on the major platforms?

Yes — all our houses and villas can also be found on Airbnb and Booking.com.

How do I know this is not a scam?

We are local Halkidiki owners you can talk to directly, our villas are also listed on Airbnb and Booking.com, and we are glad to share our guide on how to spot fraudulent rental listings.
